The Repton Hammer is another reproduction Thor's hammer in Asgards already extensive range of Mjolnirs. This one was found at Repton, buried with its owner, who was probably part of the Great Heathen army that camped there over the winter of 874, having already conquered Northumbria and Mercia. It was found hung around it's owners neck, complete with two glass beads. The beads adorning this hammer are a modern take on the orginal find.
The individual pendant, cast in pewter, weighs 2.5g and its face measures approximately 2.3cm by 3.3cm. This piece has been made in Scotland and comes with a length of waxed cord and two glass beads, perfect for both re-enactment and casual wear. Viking beads may vary from those shown.

Living History is making history come to life, and there are groups around the country that weekend in and weekend out (and some days in between) will set up a living history encampment, although at the moment my pages are focused generally upon the Migration, Saxon/Viking age, many of the items are transferable to other periods such as Roman and Crusade and earlier/later.
We hope this section can provide you with items to enhance your display, and if you're not a re-enactor, then also to enhance your home.
Please note that some wooden items may no longer be in stock throughout event season however please contact me to replicate anything you may see and like.
