N ICELAND. TROLLS WALK THE MOUNTAINS. LONG DEAD LINGER IN THEIR BURIAL MOUNDS AND ELVES SUFFER NO FOOLS
Icelandic Folk Magic: Witchcraft of the North presents the myth and lore behind these ancient folk magical practices, drawing from local oral histories, medieval sagas, lawbooks, grimoires, and other sources never before translated to English. Then, put your knowledge into use with an extensive grimoire full of Icelandic staves, spells, charms, and correspondences. Albert Björn returns as our masterful and friendly guide through the contemporary landscape and practices of modern Icelandic Witches and the traditions that inspire them. Take an arsgangur and discover the spirits of your local area on a cold winter night. Drum up the spirits of the wood, burn offerings for the draconic spirits of volcanic lava fields, and learn to call on the old gods and the new in harmony.
THE MAGIC OF THE NORTH IS WAITING
Albert Björn Shiell grew up in the shade of the South Downs of Sussex, England. He spent his days there walking ancient chalk hills, full of burial mounds and folklore. Trading it all in 2017 for cold and seemingl, desolate Iceland, Albert picked up his life and moved North. He now lives in downtown Reykjavik, writing and researching, focusing now on an animistic framework of Nordic magic combined with the Sussex cunning of his homeland

Living History is making history come to life, and there are groups around the country that weekend in and weekend out (and some days in between) will set up a living history encampment, although at the moment my pages are focused generally upon the Migration, Saxon/Viking age, many of the items are transferable to other periods such as Roman and Crusade and earlier/later.
We hope this section can provide you with items to enhance your display, and if you're not a re-enactor, then also to enhance your home.
Please note that some wooden items may no longer be in stock throughout event season however please contact me to replicate anything you may see and like.
