Living History is making history come to life, and there are groups around the country that weekend in and weekend out (and some days in between) will set up a living history encampment, although at the moment my pages are focused generally upon the Migration, Saxon/Viking age, many of the items are transferable to other periods such as Roman and Crusade and earlier/later.

All Reindeer pelts have not been acquired through sport.
All these Rare breed fleece have been identified through the skill of our agent and then validated by ourselves. This is due to the fleece not being separated at the Tannery. We believe that the fleece is what we say it is based upon some unique identifiers, such as the SOAY and Herdwick, The skill and expertise of our suppliers and ourselves. Therefore we class them of Type. i.e. SOAY type, or HERDWICK Type, Just in case we are actually wrong. However if you find or feel that we have not supplied you with the fleece of your type, we will of course replace it or refund you in full.
